By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. eSafe Vending reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Services Provided
eSafe Vending provides vending machine services, breakroom solutions, unattended solutions, product sales, maintenance, and support. Our vending machines may be placed in various locations and are stocked with beverages, snacks, and other goods. Availability and pricing of products may vary based on location.

3. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
Use our vending machines, breakroom solutions and our Services lawfully.
Provide accurate and up-to-date payment information.
Respect the property of eSafe Vending and report any malfunctions or issues.
Not attempt to tamper with, damage, or misuse vending machines.
 
4. Payments & Refunds
All purchases made through our vending machines or website are final, except as required by law.
If a machine fails to dispense a purchased item, customers may request a refund by emailing our customer service at "[email protected]"  within 48 hours of the transaction, providing proof of purchase.
eSafe Vending is not responsible for unauthorized transactions made using lost or stolen payment methods.
 
5. Machine Maintenance & Repairs
eSafe Vending is responsible for the regular maintenance and repair of vending machines, breakroom solutions and all unattended retail equipment provided by our firm. If you notice an issue, please report it to us immediately. We strive to address service disruptions as quickly as possible but do not guarantee immediate resolution.

6. Limitation of Liability
eSafe Vending is not liable for:

Incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
Health-related issues arising from consuming products purchased through our machines.
Loss or damage caused by third parties, vandalism, or unauthorized use of vending machines or unattended retail machines.
 
7. Privacy & Data Collection
By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable steps to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Termination & Suspension
eSafe Vending reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activities, or abuse of our vending systems.

 
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada whent he machines are located in any province or territory within Canada's borders; and/or: these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the any state or territory within the United States of America when the machines are located in any state or territory within the United States of America's borders; . Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the country the vending machines, breakroom solutions and or unattended retail machines are stationed at.
